Layne for Model Number JMV6175 FES We just bought a brand new GE microwave. It has a charcoal screen but I can not get the top plastic cover off where I think it is to be inserted. I took out the three screws on top but the plastic covering was stuck tight at the bottom. Looked like it may have a screw in the bottom of the plastic. I can pry it open to peek inside and only to get a finger in. Any further and the plastic will crack. Plastic cover won't come off and i couldn't even see where a screen would even go. Does this unit have to be used with a Charcoal Screen?
