Ek for Model Number LVM1750DM1BB I ordered a new charcoal filter from you for my GE microwave model # LVM1750DM1BB. I removed the screws on the top grill, but the plastic grill is impossible to remove, it stays fixed at the bottom. I could not locate any more screws. There must be some trick to this!! Please help
