Matt for Model Number GSS25KSWASS I just installed a new touch pad and the water is working!! BUT, the ice started to work for a second and then stopped. I've inspected the cube tray and there are no blockages. Could this be a bad touch pad? Thanks
Answer Matt, it is unlikely that the touchpad would be the issue unless the ice dispensed with the original touchpad. If ice did not dispense with the original touchpad, you may want to test the auger assembly for incoming voltage. If the auger motor is receiving voltage when the dispenser is activated and the door switch is pressed, then the auger motor WR17X11456 has failed. Read More...
