Richard, You have a wire harness that comes thru the bottom of your door. I would check that harness for damaged wires or broken wires.

Richard, For the issue with no water disconnect the water line at the bottom of the door and see if water comes out from the tube coming from under the refrigerator when the water dispenser is pushed. If there is then the issue will be a frozen water line and you would need to replace the freezer door for this model if the serial number does not begin between AF and AM. If the serial starts between these then you could use heater kit WR49X10173. If no water comes out then it could be a dispenser control board issue. If the ice is not switching to cube check the crush cube solenoid in the back and make sure that it is not stuck in the up position and if it is try to get it to the down position. It could be stuck causing crushed only. If this is not the case then the dispenser control would again be the issue.
