Answer Hello Lucas, This sounds like there is is most likely a chip of broken glass in the pump impeller causing it to be locked. The pump will have to be opened up to expose the impeller and using a wet-vac, the impeller area should be cleaned out.If nothing is in the impeller area, the pump and motor assembly W10782773 has a different issue locking it and will require replacement.
