Answer Mike, the main control WD21X27998 would need to be accessed to identify if there is a blinking light. If there is, the heating element would need to be tested for resistance between 14 to 18 Ohms when dry or wet respectively. If there was not a blinking light, the error mode would need to be entered by pressing and holding the farthest left button and the start button at the same time for 5 seconds.
