Victoria for Model Number DDT700SBN0TS Our dishes were not drying very well, so I reviewed the common causes and determined nothing was wrong with our vent, so I when ahead and ordered the heater element. I only saw a TCO thermostat on the wiring harness which I did replace as well. After I replaced the parts when I run the dishwasher at best the water is lukewarm, and never gets steamy even when I open it mid-range or late in the cycle. So I'm not sure if one of the parts was defective, if so, what multi meter reading should I see or is something on the control board bad? Any other possibilities?
Answer Victoria, Start by checking the incoming water to insure that it is 120°f or above. The tech sheet packaged with the machine should give you the resistance data needed to check the heater. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, May 17, 2023
