Mokimedic for Model Number GDT545PGJ6WW

My dishwasher started beeping randomly about a month ago. It would beep the end cycle sound every couple hours, even when it hadn't been run. Then we had 2 episodes where the control panel went dark and nothing would work. We checked that it was getting power and randomly it came back on and ran for a few more days. Now it has gone completely dark on the panel and nothing will work. I don't know if it is the main control board or the interface panel board. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, mokimedic

Answer

Mokimedic, For this issue, it would be recommended to test to see if there is voltage from the main control board to the user interface. If there is power then the user interface would be the issue and if there is no power then the main control board would be the issue.
