Mokimedic January 23, 2021 for Model Number GDT545PGJ6WW My dishwasher started beeping randomly about a month ago. It would beep the end cycle sound every couple hours, even when it hadn't been run. Then we had 2 episodes where the control panel went dark and nothing would work. We checked that it was getting power and randomly it came back on and ran for a few more days. Now it has gone completely dark on the panel and nothing will work. I don't know if it is the main control board or the interface panel board. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, mokimedic
1 Answer Mokimedic, For this issue, it would be recommended to test to see if there is voltage from the main control board to the user interface. If there is power then the user interface would be the issue and if there is no power then the main control board would be the issue. Read More...
John May 08, 2020 for Model Number GDF620HSJ6SS My dishwasher GDF620HSJ6SS has no lights on the front and does not start. When pressing Start and Cycle for 5 second it does not enter into service mode. I have checked the door switch and it is working fine. I have check the power supply and have 120v looking at the machine control board (WD21X25200). the status LED is blinking rapidly (4x per second). I have replaced this board twice (11516525 and 11526663) and in each case the status LED is rapidly blinking and the front lights on the dishwasher do not light up and the dishwasher does not start. what is causing the status LED to always be rapidly blinking? why not able to get front lights to come on and have the dishwasher start?
1 Answer John, The LED indicator flashing 4 times just means that it is paused and to close the door and press the start button. With this issue, it would most likely be a faulty display board causing this issue. Read More...
