Dan for Model Number GDF620HSJ2SS No lights on display panel, have power to power control board, but NO LEDs are lit on board. Installed a new power control board, but same results.
Answer Dan, it would be recommended that the control is verified as having 120VAC at the machine control WD21X24900C when testing from the black wire to the white wire leading from the wire junction box. If there is proper voltage, the LED on the machine control should flash once every 3 seconds if it is operating properly. If it is flashing, then the wires going from the machine control to the user interface WD21X31902C would need to be tested for continuity when the power supply to the dishwasher is turned off.
