Denise for Model Number WHSE5240D0WW This part seemed to fix washer immediately; ran a full cycle without issue. However, the following day, the washer was totally unresponsive. After unplugging unit and waiting about 30 seconds and then replugging the unit back in, the washer responded normally for about four loads in one day. This has happened once again since the original "unplugging". Any ideas??
Answer Denise, With there being no response from the control board it sounds like you may have received a defective board or you have a wiring issue.
