Mike for Model Number JB400DP3WW I am getting an F4 error code I have checked everything that I know to check and it all looks good. How can I test the board and the sensor to see which part I will need to replace?
Answer Mike, the two white wires at the left wire connection would need to be tested for resistance. If there is around 1100 Ohms, the control WB27X45466 has failed and would need to be replaced. If there is no resistance, the oven sensor WB21X22134 would need to be tested directly to identify if it has failed or if there is a wire failure.
