Bruce for Model Number JBP24BB4WH4BOB1CT I ordered the thermostat for this oven. (From your company) The thermostat fixed them problem of not "beeping" at the set temp. So now it does reach the preset temp, but continues to increase the temp. So we have to lower the temp setting to compensate for the continued temp increase. What else could be wrong? Thanks
Answer Bruce, Thanks for the question. Re-check the sensor wiring and ensure it is not pinched or broken. If it is good, then the next likely culprit would be the control assembly. Unfortunately, this part is discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available for purchase. The manufacturer has offered no replacement for this part. Read More...
