George for Model Number PT970SR3SS Hello, I have the model listed GE oven/micro combo. Recently some of the buttons on the microwave stopped working. I turned the power off and on and that seemed a temporary fix. Over the past few days, more and more buttons stopped working, now none of the microwave buttons work. All of the oven buttons work and have worked the entire time. I would assume the control panel AP5306653? But possibly one of the boards, AP5632461 or AP5331916. Any advise to pinpoint the problem? And if I order the wrong part, can i return it? Carefully opened and resealed of course. Thanks, George
Answer George, From the information provided the control panel assembly would be the likely issue WB27T11343. If this does not solve the issue then you would also need the Microwave control assembly WB27T11294. Unfortunately on this issue, the manufacturer does not provide diagnostic data for the board. Sorry, but these parts are not returnable after being installed. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, January 25, 2022
