Joe for Model Number SCB1000KBB01 My GE is 13 1/2 years old. For the past few months the display flickers, goes off, leaves a flashing dash in upper left corner. It does various things. When I reset the breaker it comes back to where I can use it however the display may or may not return to normal. I read through many of the posts on this site. I have a manual I found online and I did check the low voltage transformer. It checks out fine. No wires look burned, disconnected or even that got hot at one time. My assumption is the digitron is bad. In the manual there is no checks for any of the boards. One last thing; twice it did seem to overheat the food on a serving I use every day. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!
