Harrolyn for Model Number GE Refrigerator GSS25XSRBSS Ice Maker Continue to replace auger drive cup: (5) times. Replaced last night and by this morning it was cracked. Auger has eaten through back of bucket allowing the auger drive to slip out of inset where it belongs. Has anyone a solution for repairing the bucket so the auger will not penetrate the back wall. I have fought this auger cup replacement for years and aside from buying new refrigerator I dont know what to do. GE products are awful, especially this one.
