Tootie for Model Number KGRS205TSS My Kitchenaid control panel no longer works. Can't turn the oven on and when on occasion it does come on it will run for about 1 minute and then it shuts off. None of the other choies on the face panel will work at all. Model # KGRS205036. Serial # DW1323036.
Answer Hello Tootie. If there is power to the control WP8507P351-60 and nothing works, you will need to replace the board in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
