Dave for Model Number J BP26W Y2WW We turned our oven on to cook our Easter ham and the oven started to make an odd humming sound. When we opened the oven to see the ham, we found that the bottom element would not turn off, and the temp knob turned freely without any resistance. I am think that the control board has gone bad.
