Average Joe for Model Number viking vgrc365 The oven will not light. The igniters glow, but only draw 2.7 amps and they are to draw 3.3 to 3.6 amps to allow the gas valve to open. Would I be correct in thinking the igniters need to be replaced?
Answer Hello Joe You are correct. There has to be enough current drawn by the ignitor to build a strong enough electromagnetic field in the coils to open the gas valves.
