Kevin No air flow to my GE Profile refrigerator, compressor and fan running freezer is -2. And fridge is 50
Answer Kevin, A model number would have been very helpful. With the freezer at -2 dgrs. it's not likely a sealed system problem. You do want to check and make sure both refrigerator doors and the freezer door close and seal properly. Check and make sure there are no articles on the shelves that may be against the side or back walls, or hanging over the edges. This can cause "air pockets" or redirect the air flow in the refrigerator and cause the temperatures to increase. You can also check and readjust the temperature control(s) to a temperature of 38 dgrs. in the refrigerator and 0 dgrs. in the freezer. and adjust up or down from there(give the refrigerator 24 hrs. between adjustments).
