Jay for Model Number tfx26ppdaww I've just ordered replacement handles and tails for both the freezer and refridgerator doors on our GE refridgerator, and while they are in transit to us, I thought I'd email and ask how to remove the old handles and then how to install the new ones. Answer Hello Jay. You will need to remove the top and bottom trim pieces by unsnapping the trim from the door.
