Helen for Model Number gsh25kgmdbb I have replaced the heater but all the coils are still freezing. Not sure where to go at this point WR51X10055 is the part number for the heater I used. Any help would be really appreciated.
Answer Hello Helen. You will need to test the thermostat WR50X10068. It should read closed when cold. If it is good, you will need to replace the main control board WR55X10942C. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
