Jennifer for Model Number TFF22YBR Need new heater as the elements are burned through on the ends and the plastic caps on the end of the tubes are crumbling. Looks like excesive heat. Is this just due to age or is there likely something else wrong? Food always stayed frozen and no frost on the inside until recently.
