John Y. for Model Number J BP66W0K2WW I did a repair on the oven door handle, and now the oven door does not stay open when it is pulled all the way to the open position. There must be a latch or (??) something on the door hinge / spring assemby that is not set correctly. Is there a photo or diagram that could show me how the hinges should be set? Note: I did not take the hinges off the stove, nor did I take the door off the hinges.
Answer Hi John. You have 2 separate issues. Oddly enough it occurred at the same time. Replace both door hinge part # WB10T10071. They are replaced both at the same time for proper door operation.
