Matt H. for Model Number GSS23WGTABB Water is leaking from the bottom of the water dispenser and running down the face of the door and onto the floor. I have changed the water valve in the back of the refrigerator but that didn't stop the leak. What could be causing this?
Answer Hello Matt, You should check all connections between the water valve and the dispense tube. Any leak in the line will allow air to enter the water line and if an air bubble is in the system, the water will drip from the dispense tube. A common leak location is around the water reservoir.
