Bill for Model Number GSS23WGSBBB The Dispenser on my GE has (had) what appears to be a black rubber tube which appears to direct ice down. The tube has somehow separated. I don't see the tube in the replacement kit. In addition to containing the ice down I think the tube has something to do with preventing room temp. air (warm) from entering the ice maker area which air condenses and freezes on the top of the Dispenser
