Ronda for Model Number GE profile performance I notice the water coming down in drops by the water dispensing area and the ice maker machine not getting any ice. I notice that the water is dripping down and I do think that it has something to do with a water not being able to work from valve. Am I in the right direction?
Answer Hello Rhonda, This could be as simple as a filter in need of replacement or low water pressure. If you check the pressure where the water comes into the unit and it is good and strong, and the filter, (if so equipped), is not in need of replacement, (easiest way to check is with the filter bypass plug), the issue is probably the water valve.
