Jerry for Model Number GE GSHS3KGXHCSS I purchased the ice door assembly from you and watched the video twice. I can't seem to get the outer trim piece off. I have used a putty knife, but it won't come off. Am I supposed to pry the trim piece off by twisting the putty knife? Or just push the putty knife along the back of the trim piece until the clip releases? Thanks.
Answer Hello Jerry, On this model, you will need to grasp the bottom of the dispenser board with your fingers and yank out and up on it to remove it.
