Betty for Model Number Model # - PSS26MSWCSS Serial # - VM 417587 Everything seem to go okay even though I must have an older model. However, when I plugged in my refrigerator, no lights in the panel came on and dispenser not working. Refrigerator and freezer seem to be running.
Answer Betty, You will want to test to see if there is 12vdc to the dispenser door and if there is not power check the wire harness connection at the door. If this checks ok then the main board would be the issue. If there is power to the board but no lights come on then the dispenser control board would be the issue. Read More...
