Joe for Model Number GE ZISB36DYB Ice tray OVER-melting during defrost and water then pools in dispenser tray and block of ice reforms preventing ice dispenser from rotating. Cleaned condenser, but still happens. Suspect there is a cut-off thermister not working that would end the defrost cycle, but do not see one in the parts list. Part of the timer, maybe?
