Gil for Model Number ZISS480DMCS Water keeps leaking from the top of my freezer which I suspect is due to the drain tube being frozen. I replaced the freezer icing kit WR49X10021 a couple of months ago but the problem came back. Is there another part I should be checking? Thank you, Gil
Answer Gil, it would be recommended that the defrost drain under the evaporator is inspected to identify if it has frozen up. If it has, the failure would likely be in the drain tube WR02X11450 at the drain pan is pinched or clogged and this would need to be cleared. Read More...
