Brian for Model Number ZISW42DYA Evaporator is icing up, three days after manual defrost. Have to manually defrost because not defrosting. Thus refrigerator temperature begins to rise. Defrost heater and thermostat changed. I think the culprit is evaporator drain pan heater. How hot should the heating elements in this heater get. It is only getting warm to touch during defrost cycle. The unit is disassembled, which is why I can touch it.
