Mark S. for Model Number DDC 0580NCDLWH Hi, I just replaced the drum hub bearing on this machine with a part from you. It worked well. When I was re-assembling the machine, I discovered that one of the nylon bushings in the hub of the idler pulley was breaking. When I do a search for my model, I come up with DDC0580BBL, which seems to be close enough as it worked fine for the drum hub bearing. So on the 'Blower and Drive Assembly' page, I see the two nylon bearings labelled as part #247, which shows up as GE part # W2X81 'Idler Pulley'. Can you tell me if the new idler pulley is designed with the center hole sized to replace both the original pulley and the bearings? Hope this question makes sense. Thanks, Mark S.
Answer Hello Mark, The idler pulley WE12X81 is the correct part for the unit and as I understand your question, the idler pulley is to be greased, but it has no bearings. If it appears to have bearings, it is worn out. You will notice when you get the new one that it is one piece and just slips onto the idler rod or idler spring as the manufacturer calls it.
