Hi Joe. 75% of the time it is, but burner sensors can short and stay on also. The switch is part # WB24T10027. The burner switch should have 240 vac at L-1 and H-1. Turned on the switch will give 240 vac output at L-2 and H-2. You will also smell and see a black burnt part. Thank You.
