Jack M. for Model Number JB710WH3WW The clock won't stay on, surface burners will not heat and oven/broiler do not work. The knobs seem to work and the lights go on but nothing else happens. Center control panel for oven is dark, no clock etc. For a while I would have to turn on a surface burner knob for the oven panel to light up and set oven temperature. I knew something was on the way out. What part do I need to replace?
Answer Hello Jack, You will need to check the wall outlet and the terminal block where the cord connects to the appliance.
