Lee H D. I have ordered new infinite switches, twice, and all four have the knob shaft slightly shifted to such a degree the burner will not shut off??? The ones I replaced are perfectly horizontal??? The directions call for the use of an “insert” to align the off position. There is no such item in any of the switch packages?? Please advise
