Ann for Model Number PSC23MGTD BB Icemaker still makes ice, however, it will no longer dispense cubed or crushed ice. Water dispenses fine. After it initially stopped dropping ice the auger seemed to still struggle like it would try to turn. Now there is nothing. Model PSC23MGTD BB
Answer Ann, You will want to check the connector at the bottom of the door at the hinge to make sure that there is no loose or damaged wires If this checks ok then test to make sure that there is 120 vac getting to the auger motor.
