Robert F for Model Number PSS26SGRBSS One of the push buttons controlling the dispensing of the ice on the front control panel on my GE side by side refrigerator has split. The plastic covering the button has cracked in at least two places, however, the button still functions. Is there a way of replacing or repairing the plastic covering without replacing the entire front control panel? I am told the part number for that panel is WR55X10415, but I am not certain. The edges of the splits appear to be getting sharper with use and I am concerned that someone may cut their fingers if it gets any worse. If the panel needs to be replaced, how do I go about doing so?
