Answer Mike, When the dispenser stops working, take the kickplate off and disconnect the water line at the bottom of the door. Push in on the dispenser lever with it set to water and if water comes out then this means that the dispenser is frozen and you will need part number WR49X10173 dispenser tube heater kit.
