Touchpad Mad for Model Number JBP82CH1CC, ge range One of the touchpads that turns on the oven on my GE JBP82CH1CC range does not work. I'm pretty sure the problem is the pad (i.e., faceplate graphics asm) is damaged, not the control module. However, according to the GE and your web site, this part (AP4363783) is no longer available. Is there some way I can repair this problem (it appears the control module replacement part does not come with the faceplate included) or will this require having to replace the entire range?
Answer Touchpad Mad, The keypad WB27T10525 will not be what is causing the button not to work because it is just an overlay with no membrane. The control board WB27T10473 is what actually has the keys on it and would be what needs to be replaced. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, November 18, 2015
