Billie for Model Number GLD5860L00SS The lights on control board are on for normal wash, heat dry....and it hums , does not fill with water , or reset by pressing reset button . I unplugged and also turned off at breaker but the unit did not reset. Unit has not been run for a while. Would appreciate any help. Billie
Answer Billie, The first thing to check would be to make sure that the water valve is getting power to it. If the valve is not getting power then check the float switch to make sure that it is good. The motor should not run when the unit has no water in it. If the float switch checks ok but no power going to the valve then the issue will be in the control board. Read More...
