Hello Raymond, It could be the main control board, but I would check the wire nuts at the power supply connection behind the kick panel first. I have found by following other technicians that a lot of control boards are replaced for no reason and I find more burned wire nuts than you would think. The lights blinking is the thing that leads me to this conclusion. If this isn't the case, I would check the other connections at the control before I ordered anything. Next, discontinue power to the unit to try to reset the microprocessor on the control WD21X10247. If no bad connections are found, then the last resort is the control.
