When you point to the thermal switch is it the same as the door switch, if not where is it located. Thanks, Ray Hello Raymond, The more likely of the two would be the door switch but I would check the breaker by turning it on and back off first. I think the thermal fuse would be the best place to start. Let me know the correct model number if you require further assistance.
