Michael M for Model Number GSL25JFXB LB Hello, I am having the common problem with only getting crushed ice, regardless of the setting. Less than a year ago, I purchased a new solenoid from your company and it worked perfectly. About two months ago, I started having the same problem. I looked at the solenoid again and it seems that the inside of the solenoid has little raised areas preventing the arm to fit inside the solenoid. Does that make any sense? Do these solenoids only last less than a year? Thank you for your time.
