Answer Hello Will, You can unplug the unit or turn off the breaker to it and use a pair of needle nosed pliers to grasp the metal threaded part of the bulb WE05X20431 and twist it counterclockwise. This will eventually remove the remaining part of the bulb. You should be careful removing this part from the pliers since it can still cut you.
