Jc for Model Number DHDSR46EEOWW I replace the light bulb above the door with the same the light bulb it does not turn on can I trouble shoot I just replace the belt I think I connected everything correct could that be the problem
Answer JC, The light socket will only have 2 wires that will go to it and will not matter which terminal each wire is connected to. As for the door switch, this will be where you will want to check. On the door switch, there will be lettering. There will be COM, NO, and NC. Each wire has a specific location on this switch and miswiring it can cause issues. The brown wire with a yellow stripe will go on the terminal labeled NO. The white wire that goes to the light socket will go to the terminal labeled NC and the other white wire will go to the COM terminal. Read More...
