Eric for Model Number JGB600SET2SS The door lock flashing on display. All burners work. The display buttons still beep and work. Just the oven doesn't work. If I change the lock motor. Do you think this will fix my issue?
Answer Eric, The issue with the oven could be either a faulty door lock assembly or a faulty control board. You will want to check the lock assembly by testing the switches on it to make sure that they are not faulty. If they do not check good for continuity when pushed in then the issue would be the latch assembly and if they check ok then the issue would be with the control board. Read More...
