Answer Daniel, after the lock activates, the power cord would need to be unplugged before it unlocks. This will allow the lid lock OEM21677375 can be tested for continuity from the white wire to the red wire. If there is not continuity, the lid lock would need to be replaced. If there is continuity, the main control OEM21558110 would be the cause of failure. Plugging the power cord back in will allow the washer to unlock. Read More...
