Matt for Model Number WH08X37938 When replacing a failed lid lock switch (WH08X32697) with the updated model (WH08X37938), the lid will lock and the drum will fill, but only for 2-3 seconds before stopping. When put into service mode, all the fault codes were all related to the lid lock. I can get the machine to fill, agitate, spin, and drain in service mode, but once the errors have been reset, I cannot get the machine to get past the 2-3 second fill. I have removed and reinstalled the new lid lock to inspect for any breaks in the wire or see if anything else could be causing the issue but was unable to identify anything. Could I have received a bad part? What should I try next?
