Answer Hello Anthony. You will need to test the switches and see which one is sending power to the light. Once you determine which one is sending the power, you will neeed to test the temperature probe on the element and see if it is shorted. If so, you will need to replace the element. If the element is good, you will need to replace the switch. You can test this with a multi-meter MA-DM1. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
